Sometimes you get to hang out with footy players at gigs — and this Essendon FC function was one of those nights. I provided live acoustic sets to elevate the room without overpowering conversation: modern favourites, tasteful throwbacks, and smooth transitions around speeches and service.

The brief was premium and social. We opened with relaxed, contemporary acoustic tunes as guests arrived, then built energy between formalities to keep the vibe buoyant. Every transition was timed to the run sheet so the room flowed naturally from welcome drinks to mingling and photo ops with players.
